Registration

We provide 3 way to register on our website. Google signup, Facebook signup and the normal signup form with username and email.

To reset your password, click “Lost Password?” from the login popup and then enter your registered email or username. You will receive an email contains link to reset your password.

Yes, you can. If both accounts are linked to the same email, both will be treated as one user. This means that you can log in with any social platform you choose. However, if the Facebook email address differs from the Google email address, you will have two accounts. It is highly recommended that you use only one social platform to sign in.

This helps prevent spam orders, verifies that customers are real, and contact customers for order information.

ONLINE ORDERS

We cannot guarantee that your order can be modified once it has been placed. In case you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

During the checkout process, there is a field called Delivery Date. From the calendar, select the date you want for delivery.

In the event that you believe you received the incorrect product, please keep it unopened in the original packaging and contact our Customer team. If the item is incorrect, they will reship it or offer a refund. We may require a picture of the incorrect product you received and will cover the return shipping costs.

We do not require a minimum order to purchase from our site. All orders, no matter how large or small, are welcome!

Order statuses let you know how far along the order is, starting with “Pending payment” and ending with “Completed.”  The following order statuses are used:

1. Pending payment: Order received. Awaiting payment (unpaid).
2. Failed: Payment failed or was declined (unpaid) or requires authentication (SCA). Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as Pending until verified.
3. Processing: Payment received (paid) and order is awaiting fulfillment.
4. Completed: Order fulfilled and complete.
5. On hold: Awaiting payment you need to confirm payment.
6. Canceled: Canceled by store manager or the customer.
7. Refunded: Refunded by store manager.
8. Authentication required: Awaiting action by the customer to authenticate the transaction and/or complete SCA requirements.

PAYMENT

We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard and Cash on Delivery.

All pricing is listed in SAR on the website.

For cash on delivery you will receive the refund within 3 working days. For online payment, you will receive the refund in your bank account within 7 working days.

PRODUCTS

We do not sell used items.

If a product includes a warranty, you can find details about it inside the product package. Each warranty claim is handled according to the manufacturer’s or the authorized distributer’s warranty policy.

It is greatly appreciated that you are helping! For product information, you can submit your review through our contact form or by the review form which you will receive within 5 days if you purchased the product. For product images. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Currently, we only serve and ship within Jeddah.

In order to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

We have delivery representatives for each group of districts in Jeddah.

All orders placed from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm will be shipped on the same day.

We have two shipping timelines. The first shipping timeline starts at 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The second shipping timeline starts at 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for all orders placed before 4:00 pm. Orders placed after 4:00 pm will ship the following day. However, “exception can be made” depends on the product availability, destination, and quantity. Leave a note on the checkout page.

All shipping within Jeddah is charged a flat rate of 25.00 SR (ex. VAT). We offer free shipping on orders over 199 SR.
